These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rural Waste Management web application at app.ruralwm.com ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Rural Waste Management provides residential and commercial waste collection services. The Platform allows you to manage your account, subscriptions, schedules, payments, and special pickup requests.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may sign in using email/password or through Google Sign-In.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Waste collection service requires an active subscription.
- Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select.
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected services.
- Special pickup services may incur additional charges as quoted at the time of request.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Access another user's account without authorization.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable waste collection services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Schedules may be affected by weather, holidays, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of schedule changes.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Special pickup requests may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to our cancellation policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rural Waste Management is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal information.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
